This page covers two separate things: what this website does, and how the ApneDoctors product treats health data. They are not the same, so they are stated separately.

THIS WEBSITE

What apnedoctors.in
collects.

This website: It has no form endpoint and no account system. Enquiry forms compose a mail draft in your own mail app; nothing you type is stored here.
Analytics: No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are loaded by this site.
Service worker: Pages you have opened are cached in your own browser so the site works offline. That cache is on your device and is not readable by us.
Email you send us: If you write to us, we hold that correspondence in order to reply to it and to run the conversation it starts.

THE PRODUCT

How health data
is treated.

Health identity belongs to the patient: A patient's profile is held by the patient rather than stored as one hospital's copy of them.
Sharing is an action, not a default: A hospital receives what a visit requires when the patient scans that hospital's code. A different hospital means a different scan.
Tenant isolation: A hospital's operational data is scoped to that hospital's environment and does not reach across to another.
We do not sell health data: ApneDoctors does not sell, broker or monetise patient health data. The business is the platform hospitals run on.
Access is recorded: Administrative and clinical actions are recorded with the actor and the time, inside the tenant they happened in.

This page describes principles, not a completed legal privacy policy. The formal policy is being prepared with counsel and will be published here — this notice will be replaced by it, not quietly supplemented.
