02The patient scans itFrom inside the ApneDoctors app, on arrival. There is no form at the desk and no number to remember.
03The hospital context is setThe system now knows which tenant this visit belongs to — and the hospital knows a patient has arrived.
04The visit opensThe patient's profile reaches that hospital, scoped to this visit, because the patient chose to scan.
05The queue position is issuedDepartment, position and an estimated wait, visible on the patient's phone from that moment.
06Pre-screening beginsIntake runs while the patient waits, so the clinician opens a prepared patient rather than a blank one.

THE DETAIL

What the code
actually is.

What the code is: A hospital's own identity on the platform, tied to its tenant and its code — for example HOSP-RJK-04421. It is not a generic link.
Where it lives: Reception displays, waiting areas, consultation floors, kiosks and printed material. A hospital can run more than one display position.
What it does not do: It carries no patient information and grants nothing on its own. Scanning is the patient's action, from their signed-in app.
What the hospital sees: A live intake list: who has arrived, for which department, at what time — each arrival opening a visit on that tenant.
Visiting a second hospital: A different hospital means a different code. Sharing is per hospital, by the patient scanning there.

The code shown anywhere on this website is an illustration, not a working hospital code. Scanning it will not check you in anywhere.
