How pre-screening is built

WHAT IT GATHERS

Intake,
structured.

The questions a doctor would otherwise spend the first four minutes asking.

Presenting complaint: What brought the patient in, in the words they used, not a dropdown they were made to pick from.
Duration and progression: How long, and whether it is getting better or worse since it started.
Severity: Described by the patient and recorded as stated, never scored into a diagnosis.
Self-medication: What has already been taken, at what dose and for how long.
Relevant history: Conditions and past episodes the patient has recorded in their profile.
Allergies: Carried from the patient's health identity and surfaced as a flag on the clinical header.
Vitals where available: Values captured at the hospital or from the patient's own record, attached to the visit.
